Odysseus: Long Way Home is a captivating hidden-object game that includes a large variety of additional puzzles and comes with a really interesting background theme and storyline: the myths of Ancient Greece and the story of Odysseus, the legendary hero of the Trojan War. You can follow on the footsteps of this legendary hero and set out on a 20-year journey that includes Odysseus' home on Ithaca, the love story with Penelope, and the well-known battle of Troy. It's not very accurate from a mythological standpoint, as the story is strongly modified and re-imagined so that it also becomes much more child friendly.
The visuals are above average, compared to other similar hidden-object puzzle games. It's obvious that a lot of work and creativity has been put into designing the sceneries, and they came out as pretty impressive. Unfortunately there are no voice-overs, but the background music was quite decent and appropriate. As for the gameplay, it's not tedious, but also neither challenging. The puzzles are really simple, and they will not pose a challenge not even to beginners.
In conclusion, Odysseus: Long Way Home is a nice hidden-object game that comes with both nice parts and small flaws. Since you can get it for a really low price and a free trial version is also available, I think it's worth a try.
